Directions

For the exfoliation glove

Wet your skin and the glove. The glove can be used in the bath or shower with or without soap 1-3 times per week on the entire body. Exfoliate with the glove in circular motions. Hydrate your skin with the Post lotion with Vitamin E to seal in the moisture and soother your rejuvenated skin.

For waxing

  1. Remove cover and insert into microwave. Heat wax in 30 second intervals.
  2. Stir wax between each interval.
  3. Dip wooden applicator into wax and turn on itself to prevent dripping.
  4. Apply a fairly thick layer of wax to the skin in the direction of hair growth.
  5. Make sure the edges are thicker to ensure easy removal.
  6. The wax is ready to be removed once it is no longer sticky to the touch (about 20-30 seconds).
  7. Do not leave the wax on the skin for more than one minute as it may crack.
  8. Squeeze the wax plate.
  9. Stretch the skin, lift the wax border and quickly remove it in the opposite direction of hair growth.
  10. Apply immediate pressure to the waxed area
